*  A MAJOR power bump at 14:51 Thursday shut off or   *
*  glitched many systems including water pumps, air   *
*  conditioning systems, the main magnet and vacuum   *
*  system, and some parts of the site network, and    *
*  some connections to trmail.  The main cyclotron    *
*  LINDE cryogenic system was also affected.          *
*                                                     *
*  Most systems are operating again, in some          *
*  capacity...                                        *
*  Cyclotron magnets (Main and Trim Coil) are ON.     *
*                                                     *
*  R.F. conditioning is underway, but it is slow      *
*  going due to limitations of Vacuum system.         *
*                                                     *
*  It will likely be several hours before injection   *
*  can take place...                                  *
