The International Society for µSR Spectroscopy (ISMS) was formed to promote the worldwide advancement of muon spin rotation, relaxation and resonance (µSR). To do this requires active communication among those interested in µSR; this web site is dedicated to that purpose.

Membership in the Society is open to all individuals in academia, government laboratories and industry who have an interest in the Society’s goals. There is no cost to be a member.

This web site is intended to provide information about the ISMS, including its most up-to-date projects and activities, to highlight upcoming meetings, and to provide links useful to the µSR community. The site also includes a convenient membership form for joining the ISMS, and another for updating one’s membership information.
